USA Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING with a minimum $ 10.00 order to US address. If your total order is less than $ 10.00, the shipping charge is $ 3.00.
Sales Tax
For Massachusetts residents 6.25% sales tax will be added to the total price of your cart (excluding shipping). Hair bonnets are not taxed.
Back Orders
Since our items are unique, they can’t be back ordered.
International Shipping
If your shipping address is outside the USA, we are unable to offer free shipping. Please email us with the product(s) you are interested so we can send you the shipping options and rates.
Returns
All items are returnable with the exception of hair bonnets. Sales of these items are final. All returned items must be in new, saleable condition with all tags attached. Buyer to bear the cost of returning. All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of order.
PAYMENT METHODS
USA Orders
- PayPal Standard. We use PayPal Standard as payment method to accept money transfers from account balances, credit cards and debit cards. With PayPal Standard, you need to enter your payment information at PayPal’s secure website. This is indicated by the https// url. We’ll send your order within 24 to 72 hours of receiving your payment.
- Money Orders. We accept money orders issued by the United States Postal Service (USPS) only. Please make money order payable to “PaulJulia Designs”. Please email us to inform us of your payment so we can reserve your item(s). Mail your money order to:

International Orders
If you’re outside of the USA, but within the group of countries listed in our shopping cart that we will sell to, you need to email us to let us know which item(s) you want to purchase. We’ll manually invoice you to adjust the shipping cost based upon the shipping method you have previously accepted when you first inquired. We apologize for this inconvenience.
We do not accept International money orders for payment. We do accept “pink” issued USPS International money orders that are payable at a US bank.
SHIPPING METHODS
USA Shipping
Most orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders under 1 pound total shipping weight will ship via USPS First Class Parcel Service. Orders over 1 pound total shipping weight will ship via USPS Priority Mail.
After we send your order, we’ll email you the tracking number so you can track it through the USPS website tracking page.
Insurance
Orders shipped via USPS First Class Parcel Service are send without insurance.
Orders shipped via Priority Mail are shipped with insurance (up to $ 50 value) without charge.
Orders totaling over $ 100 will ship automatically with insurance.
Large Order Shipping
Large, bulky orders (multiple items) are shipped via United Parcel Service or Fed-Ex. We will inform you of this method. Wholesale orders often ship via these methods. We will require a physical address for delivery and a phone number.
International Shipping
We’ll send your order via International shipping per the shipping option you have selected in our email.
Custom duties, excise taxes, value added taxes, provincial taxes, etc. are your responsibility as we have no control over them. We do not mark custom forms as “gifts”. Please understand your total cost plus the assessed charge(s) prior to making payment.
